Last updated: 11 September 2026 · United Kingdom

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using LeadBuzz (the "Service", provided via leadbuzz.site), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or use the Service.

2. The Service

LeadBuzz is a mobile-first callback and lead capture software application designed for trade and service businesses. The Service provides a hosted enquiry page, van/print QR codes, website embed widgets, push/email notifications, and a lead organization dashboard.

3. Account & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during onboarding.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use LeadBuzz to:

  • Harvest, spam, or transmit unsolicited commercial communications in violation of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
  • Impersonate any person, trade credential, or business entity (e.g. falsely claiming Gas Safe, NICEIC, or Checkatrade certification).
  • Submit abusive, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent lead requests.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, crawl, or scrape the application or its underlying databases.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Subscription Plans, Quotas & Billing

  • Free Starter Plan: Includes up to 15 enquiries per calendar month at zero cost. When the quota is reached, lead capture is paused until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
  • Paid Plans (Pro & Team): Billed monthly in British Pounds (GBP) in advance. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time via your billing dashboard.
  • Taxes: Any applicable taxes will be shown clearly during Stripe checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, LeadBuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from:

  • Missed customer enquiries caused by network delays, push notification delivery failures, or third-party email filter blocks.
  • Inaccuracies in customer contact information or postcodes provided by end-users.
  • Service interruptions, maintenance windows, or telecom operator outages.

In all circumstances, our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LeadBuzz in the 12 months preceding the incident.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
